Temporarily export of your goods

If you are exporting goods temporarily, you can apply for an ATA Carnet. While this application is not mandatory, it can be useful depending on the destination country. Costs depend on the value of the goods. The goods must be re-imported within the timeframe set by the destination country, with a maximum of one year from the issuance of the Carnet.

The application should be submitted at least ten days before departure.

Permanently export of your goods

For permanent exports, you must apply for a Certificate of Origin, a document that identifies the origin of goods leaving Luxembourg. This application is submitted online via the Digichambers platform.
