At a press conference held on 15 July, the Chamber of Commerce outlined its ideas for a sustainable recovery benefiting all businesses. Luc Frieden, President of the Chamber of Commerce, shared his analysis of the crisis and its impact on the world, Europe and Luxembourg. He then specified the priorities that have arisen due to the unprecedented situation: the need to strengthen the attractiveness of the country to accelerate its diversification, and to support the competitiveness of existing businesses and sectors to achieve an even more robust and resilient economy. Carlo Thelen, Director General, then gave numerous examples of concrete actions that could be implemented to ensure a favourable business environment.
