#TheCultureFactor: Seminar on cultural intelligence in business
Friday, 15 November, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in close collaboration with Hofstede Insights, Luxembourg office have organised one day conference and workshops about “cultural intelligence in business” called #TheCultureFactor. Around 180 participants both local and international attended the event.
#TheCultureFactor is a yearly event organised by Hofstede Insights that is held in a different country each year and brings together experts from industry, academia, and (supra)governmental institutions to share their wisdom on the importance of culture and to help participants target specific aspects of culture with practical tools and case studies. This event is a unique opportunity to meet experts and reflect on how to drive success with a global mindset. In 2019, Hofstede Insights launched its local country office in Luxembourg and this year, the conference has been held in partnership with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce to shine a spotlight on Luxembourg’s unique advantages for international business.
During this one-day event, participants have had the possibility to engage in workshops, learn from world class speakers, gain new insights, and discover new tools to increase their success in international business.
Inspiring insights were shared from Australia, Japan, Nigeria, the Middle East and the USA on branding, organisational design and talent, combined with expertise in international negotiation, consulting, leadership by our experts and guest speakers from Luxembourg, Finland, Poland and The Netherlands.
